Please check your local and state laws before deciding to purchase any kind of pet or animal. By purchasing animals from me (Traci Engle DBA Living Art Reptiles), you are stating that you have checked your local and state laws and to the best of your knowledge you will not be violating any laws, ordinances, etc. by possessing such animals. This is YOUR responsibility.

NO SALES TO MINORS, only 18 and over.

I accept PayPal or US Postal Money Orders ONLY.

Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE unless for some unforeseen reason I cannot complete my end of the transaction.

Shipping charges are NON REFUNDABLE.

I am approved/certified to ship with FED EX:

Shippng charges will be based on Priority Overnight shipping with direct signature required. Shipping to a "regular" business address or to your nearest Fed Ex station for pick-up will be less expensive than shipping to a home-based business. (residential delivery charges will be added)

Packages MUST be accepted and signed for on the FIRST delivery attempt.

Live arrival is guaranteed unless:

1 - Temperatures at any stops on route to or at the destination are below 40 degrees or above 90 degrees

2 - Package is not accepted and signed for on the first delivery attempt.

3 - Package is delayed or mishandled by the carrier (Fed Ex). (In case #3 where neither the buyer nor the seller is at fault, buyer will be given the choice of replacement of equal value or credit towards a future purchase. No refunds.)

DOAs must be reported within 12 hours, and pictures and/or return of DOA animals will be required prior to a decision on replacement or credit.

PLEASE NOTE: Fed Ex does not accept live animals as part of its regular delivery service, and therefore Fed Ex is NOT responsible for the value of any animals even if they should become ill or perish due to a Fed Ex error. Packages cannot be insured and NO claims can be made by the seller or the buyer.
